Ebenezer Stone Custom Homes is a Fredericksburg-based residential services company focused on delivering high-quality maintenance, renovation and new home construction. The business is positioned to serve second home owners and new custom home clients. The company is built on a strong foundation of local reputation, construction expertise and industry relationships.
An Ebenezer stone is a physical memorial established to remind us of the power of God and His victories. We thoroughly believe that if we were able to retain the memory of the times God showed himself in our lives with the same intensity as when they occurred, our focus would never shift from Him to things of this world. Work is one item that can easily steal our focus from Christ. We named our business Ebenezer Homes to act as our daily Ebenezer stone reminding us of who God is and where our focus should be.
Our Team
Ebenezer Stone Custom Homes is led by co-founders David Simington and Jeff Graham. Seasoned builders who pair meticulous craftsmanship and preservation-minded expertise with big-project construction leadership to deliver high-quality homes with integrity and lasting detail.

David is a co-founder and partner at Ebenezer Stone Custom Homes, with over 15 years of experience in construction, historic preservation, and high-end remodeling. He began his career in Boston, where he managed complex restorations on historic homes in Beacon Hill and Cambridge—projects that required equal parts craftsmanship, technical expertise, and respect for architectural legacy.
Trained at the North Bennet Street School and the University of Massachusetts–Boston, David brings a deep understanding of building science, fine carpentry, and preservation practices. His work balances tradition with innovation, blending the character of old homes with modern performance and comfort.
At Ebenezer Stone Custom Homes, David leads projects with a focus on quality, integrity, and detail—helping homeowners create and preserve spaces that are built to last and made to be loved.
Outside of work, David has been married to his wife for over 20 years, and together they’re raising four children. Much of their family life revolves around the soccer field—whether coaching, cheering, or shuttling between practices and games. It’s this same sense of teamwork, patience, and commitment that David brings to every project he takes on.

Jeff Graham is a co-founder and partner at Ebenezer Stone Custom Homes bringing a lifelong passion for building and over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential construction. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Jeff began his career with Bechtel, working on large-scale industrial projects across Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. He later earned a Master’s in Finance from the University of Houston before following his passion for residential construction full-time.
Since moving to Fredericksburg, Jeff has managed the construction of more than twenty custom homes—along with a number of additions, casitas, and guest houses—within the Boot Ranch community.
Outside of work, Jeff and his wife are raising five kids who keep them constantly on the move. His two sons love riding bikes and playing sports, and Jeff enjoys coaching their teams whenever he can. Their oldest daughter loves her gymnastics class. With two younger twin daughters following close behind, there’s no shortage of energy or laughter at home.
